Rosetta Canyon wins "Community Association of the Year"

The Rosetta Canyon Community Association, an Avalon managed community, was awarded the prestigious "Community Association of the Year" from the GRIE Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI).  On hand to receive the award were directors Linda Cooley and Adam Armit, and Lana Hamadej of Avalon Management. 

The award acknowledged the efforts of the board to maintain and even lower assessments while making improvements to the community, providing family community events, and their diligent work on water conservation.  The award was presented at the annual CAI award ceremony.
