We are happy to announce that Avalon Management has been awarded the management contract for the Rancho Dorado Homeowner Association - a premier collection of 276 homes located in a highly desirable area of San Marcos, with an attractive city maintained park within its boundaries.

According to the Association: "We recently reviewed the HOA management contract and services which are currently provided by Prescott (now called Associa). Through a competitive bidding process, we have unanimously elected to change management companies to achieve increased operational efficiencies, greater transparency and substantial cost savings. These two developments will lead to significant savings to the Homeowners Association and will allow the HOA to fund the Reserves more fully."
