Avalon’s highest priority is and has always been the health and safety of our clients and employees. With the emergence of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the increasing health concerns, we want you to be assured that Avalon Management is taking this situation very seriously.
As of today, March 16th we are closing all offices to the public. We continue to respond to calls, emails and web inquires. We strongly encourage every homeowner to download the mobile app in order to receive regular updates. If you do not know your community's website, please send an email that includes your request and your community's name to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do need to drop something off, all Avalon offices have drop boxes to allow you to do so. If you have a true emergency please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Board Meetings and community events may be postponed or canceled based on government guidelines and recommendations. Community facilities are also subject to closure or reduced usage. Some of our communities may be conducting online or teleconference meetings.
