We are very proud to announce that Avalon Management has been awarded the management contract for the La Cresta Property Owners Association, a collection of 887 parcels on 5,878 acres located adjacent to the Santa Rosa Plateau.   Avalon was selected as the successful bidder from both national and local management companies.

Avalon Management has long been a proponent of water conversation, and we spend a great deal of time helping our communities reduce their water usage. 

Last week our Vice President Lana was presented with a Landscape Water Efficiency Award from the Western Municipal Water District

Over 60 HOA Board & Committee Members accepted Avalon's invitation to attend a June 6th luncheon and Legal Seminar on the top ten legal issues facing homeowner associations.

Avalon is an advocate and provider of Homeowner Association Volunteer education.
