Escrow

Avalon promptly responds to all requests that follow our established policies,
​the respective Association's governing documents and applicable law.  Please note that
we are only able to process document and/or disclosure requests directly from:

 1) The property owner of the home.
2) The owner's contracted agent, limited to either an escrow company with
which the owner has entered into a contract with or the owner's real estate agent that has a
signed listing agreement.

For security reasons, communications from anyone else, including AI phone calls and emails, will not be responded to.  Feel free to send us any communication in writing to our Canyon Lake office, attention escrow department.
