Norma Zermeno awarded Manager of the Year!

Norma Zermeno, AMS®, PCAM® from The Avalon Management Group was awarded the coveted "Manager of the Year" from the GRIE Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI).  

The Manager of Year Award, chosen by her peers and selected from hundreds of managers,  is only awarded to a manager that has displayed exemplary conduct in ethics,  good communication and management skills, and shows loyalty to the industry by furthering service, education and professionalism. 
 

Norma has been a community manager for over 26 years.  When asked to describe Norma, a longtime Board member said, “Norma has the perfect blend of knowledge, efficiency, and compassion as well as a sense of humor necessary for a community manager.”  Over the years, she has developed the skill to effectively give each client all of the time and attention required to contribute to the community’s successes.  She has developed a true relationship with each community she touches.   "Norma is the quintessential association manager, and has spent a lifetime perfecting her skills" according to Mark Jones, President of Avalon Management.
