Melissa Brown Earns Large Scale Manager Certificate

Avalon Management is proud to announce Melissa Brown, CCAM-LS®, PCAM®, has recently earned a Specialty Certificate in Large Scale Community Management. This program integrates curriculum in the areas of Risk Management, Human Resource Management and the specialized knowledge and skills unique to managing Large Scale associations. Through this program Melissa has increased her depth of knowledge in those areas and has created personal development and action plans to immediately implement these practices.

Melissa serves as Regional Director in Avalon’s San Marcos office.
