Avalon Community awarded Association of the Year!

Canyon Heights Association, proudly managed by The Avalon Management Group, was awarded the prestigious "Community Association of the Year" from the GRIE Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI).  The Association of the Year Award, chosen by industry leaders and selected from hundreds of associations recognizes those who have gone above and beyond to benefit the residents within their communities.  On hand to receive the award was President Tom Altamirano and Avalon Management representatives.

The award acknowledged the efforts of the board's upgrades to their common area to enhance the community while being environmentally conscious, adding walking trails, shade structures, lighting, providing family community events, and their diligent work on water conservation - all without increasing the budget.  The association’s drastic and amazing changes have enhanced the community appearance and added to the community pride.   The award was presented at the annual CAI award ceremony.
