Assessment Payment Options:
Automatic Debit (at no charge!) Avalon offers automatic withdrawal (ACH) of your monthly assessments from your checking account for no additional fees. If you would like your assessments automatically withdrawn each month from your checking account at no charge please contact our Member Services representative by phone at (951) 746-5410 and request an ACH Form, or use our online service request form: Online Request Online & Automatic Payments (third party charges will apply) You can pay your dues online using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Additionally, you can pay via your standard checking account using e-checks. Simply go to your community's website, click on "My Account", log on and click "Pay Online". If you don't know your community's public website you can log onto the Members Only site at: AvalonLogin In Person You can drop by our Temecula or Canyon Lake offices, we also accept payments at any community association's onsite office (most offices are open Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). We accept both check and cash (exact amount only, and subject to limitations), and some communities accept credit cards.
