Welcome to our home!
Sunnymead Ranch is a 2,677 home
planned development located in the
hills above Moreno Valley. The
community prides itself on our
quiet atmosphere and pleasant
surroundings.
Sunnymead has
one of
the largest private lakes in the county, fully
stocked with fish and boats to use. We
also have a large clubhouse with a meeting room,
full kitchen, fitness center, RV storage lot,
and graceful, well maintained landscape
throughout the development.
In addition
to a five member Board of Directors, the
community is governed by several Committees made
up of community volunteers. Both the Board
and the Committees are assisted by a
professional management firm - The Avalon
Management Group.
